  • Step 1: Initial interview to determine your expectations and goals as well as an analysis of the current state of your recruitment process.
  • Step 2: Definition of the desired process and the KPIs, coordination of the necessary recruitment measures such as active sourcing as well as supporting personnel marketing measures.
    These range, for example, from the creation of a dedicated landing page for all your open positions, to the selection of target group-relevant job publication channels, to the placement of ads in relevant social media channels as well as GoogleAds.

We support the Autobahn GmbH des Bundes in High Volume Recruiting

Requirements: For the German federally owned Autobahn GmbH, which was only founded in 2021, ARTS took over the High Volume Recruiting and within a very short time assembled a team of highly specialized High-Volume Recruiter. Seven recruiters and four project managers oversaw the timely filling of 400 positions per year. 

In order to support the client as much as possible and reduce the time-to-hire to the maximum, we brought all recruiting tools to bear, e.g.:

Due to our many years of experience in applicant tracking systems (ATS), we were able to familiarise ourselves with the client's ATS very quickly, to the astonishment of the client, and use it to its full extent. This meant that we were able to dispense with coordination loops (iterations), which lengthen the recruitment process, and once again increase the time-to-hire. The Employer Brand Autobahn GmbH realised an enormous reach through the recruiting presence on various social media channels, which of course positively contributes to the awareness of the employer brand.
