Requirements:
For the federally owned Autobahn GmbH, which was only founded in 2021, ARTS took over the high-volume recruiting and put together a team of highly specialised high-volume recruiters within a very short time. Seven recruiters and four project managers supervised the staffing of the 550 positions.

Solution:
In order to support the client as much as possible and reduce the time-to-hire as much as possible, we brought all recruiting tools to bear. Among others:
