CASE STUDY: We support the Autobahn GmbH of the federal government in high volume recruiting

Requirements

ARTS HR Lovers took over the high-volume recruiting for the federally owned Autobahn GmbH, which was only founded in 2021, and put together a team of highly specialized high-volume recruiters within a very short time. Seven recruiters and four project managers were responsible for filling a total of 550 positions. 

Solution

In order to support the customer as much as possible and to reduce the time-to-hire as much as possible, we used all recruiting tools. Among other things:

Result

Thanks to our many years of experience in various applicant management systems (AMS), we were able to familiarize ourselves very quickly with Autobahn's AMS and apply it in full, much to the client's surprise. This enabled us to dispense with coordination loops (iterations), which unnecessarily lengthen the recruitment process, and further shorten the time-to-hire.
