CASE STUDY: Recruitment Process Outsourcing for Sachsenobst

Recruitment is a growing challenge for many companies - especially in specialised sectors such as the food industry. The traditional Saxon brand Sachsenobst, part of Obstland Dürrweitzschen AG, therefore decided in favour of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) with ARTS HR Lovers in order to meet the increasing requirements efficiently.

Requirements

With around 400 employees in agricultural, technical and administrative areas, Sachsenobst needed qualified specialists for key positions in production and warehouse management, facility management, human resources and as machine and plant operators. The challenge: actively approaching candidates, high process speed and limited internal resources made recruitment difficult.

Solution

ARTS HR Lovers, as the external recruiting department, took over the holistic filling of the vacancies - from job optimisation and multiposting to active sourcing, applicant communication and conducting interviews.
