Requirements
With around 400 employees in agricultural, technical and administrative areas, Sachsenobst needed qualified specialists for key positions in production and warehouse management, facility management, human resources and as machine and plant operators. The challenge: actively approaching candidates, high process speed and limited internal resources made recruitment difficult.
Solution
