What is Recruiting BPO (Business Process Outsocuring) | Recruiting as a service?

Recruiting as a work contract service or in package form, as offered by ARTS, means that we take over the recruiting process for a certain number of positions and, if desired, also work in the client's applicant system. For example, if a company has the challenge of having to recruit a lot of staff within a certain period of time, it is a good idea to temporarily reinforce the recruiting department with our recruiting team. We then define together with the client who will take over which sub-areas and in what form. 

How does recruiting as a service differ from traditional recruiting services, such as recruitment agencies?

Ultimately, recruiting as a service is another form of service delivery. As a client, you pay for the process and the activities behind it. In the Recruiting Package Premium, a success commission comes into play, as in the case of recruitment, but this is significantly lower than in the case of recruitment agencies

Recruiting as a service or another service from ARTS? What do I really need?

If you want to (temporarily) hand over process support and responsibility in recruiting or are facing major challenges in recruiting, then Recruiting as a service is exactly the right HR support. Our recruiting package can also be advantageous for you in the case of individual challenging vacancies, because we can offer you more reach with our network and our technical infrastructure, but at the same time we transmit the applicant data to you exclusively. Each of our recruiting services has its advantages and in the best case we will find out in an initial meeting which is the most optimal service for you.
