With our Recruiting as a Service, you get exactly the support you need - flexible, fast and tailored to your individual requirements. Our recruitment consultants work either on an hourly basis or per vacancy so that you can concentrate fully on your core business. Our goal: to attract the best talent for your team.

Step 1

Book your recruiting package: hourly quota for defined tasks or per position. We will create an individual offer for you that is perfectly tailored to your requirements.

Step 2

In an initial meeting, we will discuss your recruiting needs and jointly determine which processes we will take over. Your support can be booked flexibly in terms of time.

Step 3

Your personal contact at ARTS HR Lovers will be briefed in detail on your processes or receive a briefing on the position to be filled. In this way, we guarantee seamless integration into your processes.

Step 4

Your ARTS HR Lovers contact person takes on the defined tasks or positions and successfully implements them for you - reliably, transparently and efficiently.

Where is ARTS located, and do you also work with companies outside Dresden?

Our headquarters are in Dresden, but our clients come from all over Germany. With digital processes, regional networks, and local partners, we support companies anywhere—whether in Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, or Berlin.
