The computer centre of the Technical University of Darmstadt is looking for employees in a wide range of positions such as office clerks, administrative staff, IT staff, project staff and managers. The client needed support in optimising and posting the job advertisements.

Frequently asked questions about multiposting

What exactly does ARTS need in advance?

As your multiposting provider, we require your job advertisement with the exact requirements, tasks and benefits in advance in a copyable Word or PDF document, gladly also via email or link to the job. We can also read API interfaces from most applicant management systems (BMS). We would be happy to support you with the formulation of the job, the development of benefits relevant to the target group and the design of HTML job advertisements.

When can I expect the job draft?

As soon as we have your job details, you can expect a first draft within 1 – 2 working days at the most.

Can changes be made after the job is already online?

We are happy to carry out change requests until the preview link or layout file has been approved. After approval, it depends on the respective job boards whether change requests can be taken into account. This in turn can lead to additional financial expenditure.

Tip: Check the content and spelling of your job advertisement for correctness before you approve it.

How long does it take until my ad is published?

As soon as we have received your approval, it usually takes no longer than 1 working day for online publications and your advertisement is active. For print, this depends on the publication dates of the respective media.
