CASE STUDY: Multiposting for the computer centre of the TU Darmstadt
With over 20 years of recruiting experience for various industries, we have successfully supported a multitude of large and small companies in their recruiting efforts in the area of multiposting. The University Computer Centre (HRZ) of the TU Darmstadt has been one of our customers since 2022.
The computer centre of the Technical University of Darmstadt is looking for employees in a wide range of positions such as office clerks, administrative staff, IT staff, project staff and managers. The client needed support in optimising and posting the job advertisements.
We have put together various multiposting packages for the client - adapted in each case to the target groups they are looking for. In addition to the mix of relevant job boards, applicant portals and social media (e.g. Google Jobs, Indeed, Agentur für Arbeit, Xing, LinkedIn and Facebook) defined in these packages, the HRZ receives a channel recommendation specific to each individual position. For hard-to-fill positions, such as IT jobs, we also use Google Ads and Programmatic Advertising and the job portal Jobware. Through this cooperation partner, we can specifically expand our reach in the IT sector.
As an additional service, all packages include SEO-optimised job advertisements and editorial work.
With this extensive mix of publication channels and SEO-relevant optimisation, we were able to ensure that the job advertisements were positioned precisely for the target group and to draw the attention of potential candidates to the open positions. Within a short period of time, the HRZ was able to increase the number of applicants - most of whom became aware of the vacancies via the social media platforms.
