Aufgaben

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and HGB and reconciliation from IFRS to HGB
• Preparation and accounting recording of VAT matters
• Supporting the Finance Director in all company-related initiatives of the finance department, including reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Preparation of advance VAT returns and other statistical reports
• Collaboration in payment transactions
• Contact person for tax consultants, accountants and auditors
• Continuous improvement of internal accounting processes, optimisation of cross-departmental interfaces and automation of processes
• Regular communication with international finance teams

Profil

• Completed training as an accountant, financial accountant or tax clerk
  
• Sound knowledge in the preparation of financial statements according to HGB and ideally IFRS knowledge
  
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  
• Good knowledge of English
  
• Valid work permit for the EU
