Aufgaben

  • Leading contract negotiations with superordinate bodies and internal customers, if necessary

  • Monitoring the contract with suppliers and company stakeholders during innovation, development, series production and support

  • Monitoring compliance with terms and conditions throughout the contract lifecycle

  • Selecting suppliers and managing the implementation process, including tenders, as process owner

  • Coordinating activities and providing information to sites and suppliers

  • Management of day-to-day relationships with suppliers during ongoing projects

  • Participation in multi-functional and multi-dimensional teams throughout the contract period, including tendering and contract award phase

  • Preparation of decision making meetings and risk management activities within the area of responsibility

Profil

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or economics

  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of purchasing, supplier management and sales

  • Basic knowledge of project management

  • Detailed expertise with SAP and Google Workspace

  • Business fluent in English and advanced knowledge of German

  • Willingness to travel occasionally

  • Existing work permit for the EU
