Commercial Project Employee (m/f/x)

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Project Employee for our aviation client near Munich. Teamwork and negotiation skills are particularly important in this role. A confident demeanour, conflict resolution skills, initiative and the ability to approach complex problems in a structured manner are essential. The position is limited to 12 months as a parental leave replacement.

Aufgaben

  • Close cooperation with the Head of Commercial Operations for strategic planning in the entire commercial organisation

  • Responsible for the management of an extensive project portfolio for stakeholders

  • Ensure all deliveries and approvals are tracked to time, cost and quality tolerances

  • Identify, track and resolve project issues, risks and constraints

  • Timely and accurate revenue forecasting and reporting

  • Definition, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of guidelines, processes and methods in the commercial organisation

  • Data analysis to gain insights and identify optimisation opportunities for data-driven decision making

Profil

  • Aerospace professional experience with project management best practices

  • Successful management of complex, cross-functional programmes and projects

  • Expertise in CRM software (Zoho preferred) including configuration and customisation

  • Expertise in coaching for project management best practices

  • Experience in managing client accounts an advantage

  • Strong project and time management skills

  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills

  • Existing work permit for the EU
