Aufgaben

  • Review and selection of application documents for the departments

  • Rejection and invitation of applicants to interviews

  • Initiating acceptances and rejections as well as recruitment and preparing the content of information for the works council submissions

  • Preparing, conducting and following up on job interviews (mainly for productive employees from abroad), including salary negotiations

  • Coordination and technical management of highly qualified back-office staff as well as the immigration and setting-in departments

  • Performing complex interface and coordination tasks with regard to the adjacent processes to the people area, the onboarding team, as well as training and qualification and the corresponding routine organisations

  • Acting as the first point of contact in connection with the selection and recruitment phase for applicants and specialist departments

Profil

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training with additional qualification

  • Many years of professional experience, ideally in human resources

  • Knowledge of the aviation industry / MRO desirable

  • Good user knowledge of MS Office

  • Very good knowledge of English, further foreign language skills desirable 

  • Willingness to work at home and abroad

  • Existing work permit for the EU
