Aufgaben

• Systematically evaluate, analyse and continuously monitor supplier capacity and performance
• Responsible for the development and optimisation of supplier relationships and management of the entire supplier evaluation process
• Introduction and application of modern tools and measures for the targeted promotion of supplier development
• Initiating, managing and monitoring projects to improve supplier performance
• Defining long-term development goals with suppliers and implementing proactive risk management
• Main contact person and interface for internal departments such as engineering and purchasing as well as external suppliers

Profil

• Completed studies in engineering or supply chain quality, alternatively at least a technician or business administrator qualification
• Several years of professional experience in supplier management, process improvement, quality management and supply chain quality
• Good knowledge of risk management and total quality management, including problem-solving methods such as 8-D analyses and Practical Problem Solving (PPS) as well as basic knowledge of KAIZEN
• Expertise in Industrial Process Capability Assessment (evaluation system) is an advantage
• Experienced with Google Workspace and initial user knowledge in SAP
• Business fluent in German and proficient in English
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany, approximately three times per quarter
• Existing work permit for the EU
