Aufgaben

  • Further development and communicative support of onboarding processes
  • Development and establishment of various methods for employee retention
  • Creation of trend analyses and benchmarks with a focus on the target group of electronics technicians
  • Supporting central employer branding, in particular with employer branding measures for the ACS segment
  • Organising and participating in career fairs and recruiting events
  • Working closely with the departments involved to ensure the smooth onboarding of new employees and to promote a positive corporate experience
  • Support with other communication tasks such as creating internal newsletters, organising company events and maintaining internal communication channels

Profil

  • Degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a comparable field of study
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of cultural and corporate communications
  • Experience in the development and implementation of communication strategies, personnel marketing measures and in working with internal stakeholders and external service providers
  • Experience in the organisation and implementation of events and functions
  • Knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications and other communication tools if required
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Work permit for the EU
