Responsibility for the management and organisation of the team during the shift
Personnel deployment planning in close cooperation with the management
Assigning tasks, monitoring work performance and resolving conflicts
Ensuring that all required tasks are completed during the shift

Monitoring processes, maintaining quality standards and identifying opportunities for improvement
Ensuring effective communication within the team and conducting meetings or handovers
Recording production figures, labour times, quality checks and other relevant information
Ensuring safety in the workplace
Operating and loading machines and equipment as well as maintaining, servicing and cleaning machines
Responsibility for line documentation
Successfully completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator or a comparable qualification with relevant work experience
Confident handling of MS Office and experience in SAP desirable
Willingness to work shifts
