Participation in production monitoring meetings
Reporting on production progress and availability of parts
Support in daily priority adjustment
Management of components (including missing parts) and logistical distribution
Coordination of parasitic flow with other departments
Management of outstanding logistics flows
Ensuring non-conformity management
Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk
Alternatively completed studies in the field of engineering or business administration or as an industrial engineer
Several years of professional experience in manufacturing / production, as a commercial clerk and in manufacturing engineering
Knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
Confident handling of SAP
Business fluent in German and English
Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
Existing work permit for the EU
