Tasks

• Participation in production monitoring meetings

• Reporting on production progress and availability of parts

• Support in daily priority adjustment

• Management of components (including missing parts) and logistical distribution

• Coordination of parasitic flow with other departments

• Management of outstanding logistics flows

• Ensuring non-conformity management

Qualification

• Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk

• Alternatively completed studies in the field of engineering or business administration or as an industrial engineer

• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing / production, as a commercial clerk and in manufacturing engineering

• Knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage

• Confident handling of SAP

• Business fluent in German and English

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
