Aufgaben

  • Support with various assistance tasks, including the organisation of appointments, planning and invoicing of travel as well as the creation and management of documents and files

  • Organising all sales meetings, including comprehensive preparation and follow-up activities

  • Analysing key figures and creating well-founded sales reports to support decision-making processes

  • Ensuring that the internal sales wiki is up-to-date and complete through regular updates and maintenance

  • Carrying out the preparation and follow-up of employee appraisals, including the evaluation of key performance indicators

  • Efficient management of web leads by qualifying and assigning customer enquiries to responsible account managers, combined with the maintenance of CRM master data

  • Organisation and coordination of various events such as workshops, the annual team event and support in planning Christmas parties and summer parties

Profil

  • Completed commercial vocational training

  • Experienced computer skills

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Willingness to attend meetings and events at the Inning and Ellwangen locations (maximum 3-4 times a year)

  • Team player with high self-motivation and self-confident demeanour
