Support with various assistance tasks, including the organisation of appointments, planning and invoicing of travel as well as the creation and management of documents and files
Organising all sales meetings, including comprehensive preparation and follow-up activities
Analysing key figures and creating well-founded sales reports to support decision-making processes
Ensuring that the internal sales wiki is up-to-date and complete through regular updates and maintenance
Carrying out the preparation and follow-up of employee appraisals, including the evaluation of key performance indicators
Efficient management of web leads by qualifying and assigning customer enquiries to responsible account managers, combined with the maintenance of CRM master data
Organisation and coordination of various events such as workshops, the annual team event and support in planning Christmas parties and summer parties
Completed commercial vocational training
Experienced computer skills
Good knowledge of English
Willingness to attend meetings and events at the Inning and Ellwangen locations (maximum 3-4 times a year)
Team player with high self-motivation and self-confident demeanour
