Tasks

  • Ensure compliance with Airbus requirements for electrical installations

  • Perform design, check, analysis and investigation activities for electrical cabling and equipment installations

  • Quality support, review, QRQC and documentation of design checker rework results

  • Ensuring technical progress taking into account quality, time, cost and requirements

  • Creation and review of 3D models and BOM consolidation

  • Identifying technical problems in the digital mock-up and exchanging solutions with customers

  • Conducting feasibility studies for wire harness and device installations and creating studies, including IP management

  • Activity tracking, interface management and continuous improvement of assigned tasks

Qualification

  • Completed studies in engineering or aerospace

  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and ATA92 procedures for aircraft electrical systems (SIDP/EIRD) and manufacturing, especially in the area of harness/harness installation

  • Expertise with Airbus procedures and configuration management of Airbus documents as well as experience with the design of secondary structures (ESI/MSI)

  • Good user knowledge with CATIA V5, SAP and other relevant software tools

  • Proficient in English

  • Existing work permit for the EU
