Assistant to the Department (m/f/x)

Are you a reliable person with a strong organisational talent and service-oriented? Then our client Airbus DS Airborne Solutions GmbH in Bremen is looking for you as Assistant to the Department! In this role, you will support our teams with your analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills. With a high degree of initiative and flexibility, you will make a significant contribution to the smooth running of the department. The position is initially limited to 6 months — take the opportunity to take on an exciting challenge at one of the leading aerospace companies in Europe!

Tasks

  • Efficient assumption and coordination of administrative tasks for the department and its teams
  • Competent advice to employees on planning and organising business trips at home and abroad
  • Organisation, booking and invoicing of business trips
  • Administration and support of time bookings via SAP CATS
  • Responsible handling of incoming and outgoing mail and resubmissions to ensure smooth processes
  • Maintaining digital filing systems and directories for a structured overview and quick resubmissions
  • Support for office organisation, including ordering and managing office supplies

Qualification

  • Completed commercial training or advanced qualification in the commercial field
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of office assistance or secretarial work is desirable
  • Confident handling of SAP and sound knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Good written and spoken English skills for international communication
  • Valid work permit for the EU
