Aviation Quality Manager (m/f/x)

For our renowned client Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH, we are looking for a committed Aviation Quality Manager at the Donauwörth site who has a high level of social competence, reliability and strong assertiveness. Tasks

  • Responsibility for the proper acceptance and quality assurance of civil machine and system components (MCAs)
  • Ensuring airworthiness through strict compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and standards
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for deliveries to ensure full compliance and traceability
  • Performing first article inspections on internally produced assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Identifying deviations and creating NC reports, as well as initiating and monitoring corrective measures
  • Carrying out quality and inspection measures directly in the final assembly lines to ensure the highest quality standards
  • Management and control of production inspectors and quality gates towards the customer to ensure on-time and error-free delivery
  • Troubleshooting systems and equipment and coordinating Practical Problem Solving (PPS) activities to maintain airworthiness and continuous improvement

Qualification

  • Completed commercial or technical training, at least at master craftsman level
  • Several years of professional experience in the fields of electrics, manufacturing/production, mechatronics and at least initial experience in quality assurance
  • Sound expertise in the aviation industry, especially in quality assurance and production
  • Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Existing work permit for the EU
