Tasks

• Professional support and maintenance of individual engine parts (e.g. compressors) in accordance with EASA Part 145 as well as processing and implementation of manufacturer information and official specifications
• Ensuring comprehensive technical production support for the workshop and implementing maintenance specifications in precise work documents
• Developing and defining repair sequences across workstations to optimize the scope of work and efficiency
• Continuous analysis of product and process quality and constant optimization to ensure the highest standards
• Creation, adaptation and evaluation of repair procedures, test programs and trials as well as comprehensive documentation of the results
• Preparation and initiation of manufacturer and authority approvals for new developments
• Translating maintenance specifications into detailed work documents to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of maintenance processes

Qualification

• Successfully completed technical training in a relevant field
• Additional qualification related to aeronautical engineering, such as aeronautical engineering technician, an advantage
• Sound knowledge of engine maintenance and individual part repair is desirable
• Good expertise in business management contexts for efficient process and resource control
• Familiarity with the relevant legal requirements and regulations of aviation technology
• Practical experience in the use of relevant IT systems
• Business fluent German and good English skills
• Existing work permit for the EU
