Tasks

• Steuerung der Aktivitäten im Bereich BIM der Niederlassung

• Bearbeitung projektbezogener Fachaufgaben (Ansprechperson für Fachbereiche in der Niederlassung)

• Durchführung von Individualschulungen (projektspezifisch)

Qualification

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Diplom / Master) im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Bauinformatik oder vergleichbar

• Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von BIM-Projekten (Anwendung der Building Information Modeling Methode)

  • Erfahrungen in interdisziplinärer Projektbearbeitung

  • Know-how mit kollaborativen Arbeitsmethoden und der Verwendung von Kollaborationstools (CDE)

  • Kenntnisse im Einsatz von Koordinations-, Prüf- und Autorensoftware im BIM-Umfeld

• Fachwissen im Projektmanagement, bevorzugt von Infrastrukturprojekten, Leistungsphasen und Planungsprozessen gemäß HOAI

• Expertise in der Organisation und Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen
