Customer Service Manager (m/f/x)

Tasks

  • Representing Airbus to customers — ensuring first-class customer service and building long-term, positive customer relationships
  • Central point of contact for the Customer Definition Centre (CDC) — coordination and communication between various internal Airbus departments and the CDC technical team
  • Customised visit and consultation planning for customers — creating tailored agendas to meet the specific needs and requirements of each customer
  • Ensure timely availability of experts and resources — Ensure that the right professionals and equipment are provided for each customer meeting
  • Represent Airbus to cabin suppliers — professionally liaise and communicate with Airbus cabin suppliers to ensure a smooth process

Qualification

  • Degree in project management, industrial engineering, business administration or international management
  • Several years of professional experience in assistance as well as in customer service or customer service
  • Basic knowledge of project management and process management required
  • Experience at Airbus or as a flight attendant an advantage
  • Business fluent German required, additional language skills an advantage
  • Existing work permit for the EU
