Tasks

• Carrying out inspection, maintenance and repair work on technical installations

• Independent maintenance and installation of power distribution systems

• Maintenance of lift systems and emergency power systems

• Installation and maintenance of 20 KV, UPS, 230 V and 60 V systems

• Fault-related repairs to systems within the scope of assigned tasks and responsibilities

• Monitoring the proper overall condition of the property to be serviced

• Carrying out inspection rounds

• Carrying out DGUV V3 inspections

Qualification

• Successfully completed vocational training in electronics, electrical engineering, electrics or a comparable qualification

• Professional experience in the electrotechnical environment desirable

• Knowledge of the relevant regulations of electrical engineering (VDE)

• Basic user knowledge of MS Office

• Good written and spoken German

• Possession of a class B driving licence and residence in the immediate area of operation

• Participation in on-call duties
