Tasks

• Carrying out acceptance tests on electrical components and cable bundles
• Compliance with aviation regulations for the correct use of electrical systems
• Preparation of necessary delivery documentation for comprehensive traceability of all processes
• First article inspections on internally and externally produced assemblies to ensure quality and functionality
• Initiation and monitoring of corrective measures for non-conformities (NCs) for continuous improvement
• Assignments in the Final Assembly Lines at Airbus Helicopters to ensure quality standards in final assembly
• Implementation of quality gates for internal customers to ensure quality in every production step
• Troubleshooting of systems and equipment to ensure airworthiness and operational safety

Qualification

• Completed technical training with at least a master craftsman qualification in a relevant field
• Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering and quality assurance, ideally with proven expertise in both disciplines
• Desirable experience in the aviation industry and in dealing with fibre composites as well as in quality control
• Business fluent in German and English
• EU work permit available
