Employee Personnel Management (m/f/x)

Are you an organizational talent with a flair for people? As an Employee Personnel Management in Hamburg, you are the first point of contact for all questions relating to the recruitment process and play a key role in ensuring that the HR department runs smoothly. If you also have a technical understanding of modern IT systems and love working with data, you can expect a versatile working environment in which you can expand your skills on a daily basis and develop your passion for structure and service.

The position is initially limited to 18 months.

Tasks

  • First point of contact for hiring managers for basic information and support
  • Take on administrative tasks for internal meetings as well as minute taking and document management
  • Perform basic operational tasks related to external hiring processes as well as managing requests and data entry, maintaining data in IT systems (SAP, VMS)
  • Identifying and resolving basic problems
  • Participation in stakeholder and supplier relationship management

 

Qualification

  • Successfully completed training in HR or comparable training and experience
  • Several years of professional experience in the above field of activity, preferably with knowledge of workforce management
  • Confident general computer skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new IT systems
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Work permit for the EU
