Tasks

  • Planning, procurement and commissioning of equipment and machines, specialising in heat treatment systems, welding systems, blasting systems and machine tools, including modification of existing systems
  • Detailed system analysis and further development of existing machines and systems
  • Implementation of automation solutions to increase the utilisation and efficiency of technical processes
  • Participation in national and international projects for the implementation and optimisation of machines, systems and equipment
  • Expert support and advice on operating equipment, machines and systems

Qualification

  • Completed studies in mechanical engineering, production technology or related fields
  • Practical experience in dealing with technical systems, machines and technical building equipment as well as initial insights into project management and project work
  • Basic knowledge of product and operational safety, such as the Machinery Directive, Product Safety Act (ProdSG), Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG), Technical Instructions on Air Quality Control (TA Luft) and Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV)
  • Detailed user knowledge of common software and IT systems to support technical tasks
  • Proficiency in English
  • Valid work permit for the EU
