Tasks

  • Working with the Electrical Harness Installation module (EHI) in CATIA V5
  • Implementation and optimisation of 3D designs
  • Development of precise 2D documentation for production
  • Creation of interface drawings between electrical and structural departments in 3D
  • Development and integration of 3D models into the aircraft structure
  • Ensure compliance with all electrical wiring bundle rules
  • Evaluation and implementation of changes and collaboration with various development departments
  • Support in single part construction, final assembly line (FAL) and management of digital mock-ups (DMU)

Qualification

  • Completed studies in engineering, aerospace or a completed apprenticeship with further training as a technician and relevant professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in the engineering sector, ideally in aviation
  • Sound knowledge of electrical systems and design integration
  • Detailed user knowledge of CATIA V5 required
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Work permit for the EU available
