Tasks

• Setting up a suitable industrial environment, managing external service providers and supporting projects to implement new warehouse and transport systems
• Responsibility for the locations in Fuhlsbüttel and Wilhelmsburg with a focus on efficiency and process quality
• Management of ongoing projects, including support with tenders and coordination of external contracts
• Creating and tracking efficient processes, monitoring defined KPIs and daily dialogue with external partners
• Developing new warehouse layouts, planning optimised material flows and dimensioning modern warehouse systems
• Providing expertise to set up and monitor efficient warehouse and transport operations

Qualification

• Degree in industrial engineering, business administration or supply chain/logistics
• Several years of professional experience in supplier management, quality management, supply chain/logistics or contract management
• Basic knowledge of lean management, project management and process management
• Confident handling of Google Workspace and initial application experience with SAP
• Business fluent in German and English
• Valid work permit for the EU
