Contact person to all levels of the customer and company organisations
Assessment of processes on site for early detection of problems
Gathering requirements from operators and integrators
Complete reporting and documentation of engine problems and customer requests
Reviewing, analysing root cause and recommending corrective actions for reported engine faults
Successfully completed training as a mechanic
Solid knowledge of the mechanics and functioning of engines as well as of assembly and maintenance documentation
Knowledge of Airbus quality tools such as TLB
Expertise in EASA Part 21G or Part 66 or Part 145 is desirable.
Experience in jet engine manufacturing or aircraft construction is an advantage
Fluency in English required / knowledge of German or French would be an advantage
Willingness to work in shifts and on call
