Process Optimisation Engineer (m/f/x)

Tasks

  • Support in the optimisation and implementation of central engineering processes to improve efficiency
  • Ensuring the smooth use of methods and tools at Level 1 and Level 2 for internal processes
  • Planning and implementation of training measures to ensure the effective use of the tools used
  • Direct interaction and technical advice for users to clarify questions and offer support
  • Identifying potential for improvement in engineering tools and integrating them into existing processes
  • Act as a link between engineering teams and other departments to ensure optimal support

Qualification

  • Completed studies in engineering, ideally with a technical focus
  • Many years of professional experience in engineering, IT / information systems and project management, preferably in demanding technical projects
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Expertise in CATIA is mandatory, as well as sound knowledge in the use of Windchill for technical processes
  • Business fluent in English, knowledge of German is a plus
  • Existing work permit for the EU
