Tasks

• Close cooperation in the coordination and implementation of purchasing strategies to optimise procurement processes
• Identification and documentation of MSCG programme plateau requirements and development of tailored procurement strategies
• Support in the implementation of tenders in compliance with quality specifications and purchasing quality gates
• Development of specific contracts to ensure a seamless flow-down of contractual conditions throughout the supply chain
• Collaboration in areas such as procurement, obsolescence management, contract management, quality management, export control, supplier development and purchasing controlling
• Ensuring compliance with processes and standards to achieve OTD (On-Time Delivery), OTQ (On-Time Quality) and OTC (On-Time Cost) targets
• Monitoring and analysing relevant purchasing parameters to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all MSCG procurement processes

Qualification

• Degree in engineering, aerospace engineering, business administration or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally in technically demanding areas, as well as in project management with sound responsibility for complex projects
• In-depth user knowledge and confident handling of common MS Office tools such as MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, extensive expertise with SAP, especially in purchasing and project-related modules and initial experience with Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and English
• Work permit for the European Union available
