Tasks

• Efficient management of material flows and coordination of shuttle traffic between Airbus helicopter plants in Europe
• Central point of contact for internal customer questions on cross-transport and cross-logistics topics
• Optimisation of material flows and solution-oriented cooperation with Airbus Helicopters contact partners
• Ensuring KPI fulfilment by logistics service providers and managing improvement measures
• Management of the ‘Transport organisation’ and ‘Parts assurance’ projects within Logistics 4.0 for efficient implementation of the transfer strategy
• Supporting strategic material transfer planning and coordinating transfers between the Donauwörth and Albacete sites
• Operational management and implementation of material transfers as well as continuous data analysis for process optimisation
• Project planning, management and support of logistics projects to implement the industrial strategy and tenders for logistics services

Qualification

• Completed studies in supply chain, logistics or a comparable field of specialisation
• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, finance, project and quality management
• Proven expertise in dealing with stakeholders and their expectations
• Experience in an international environment with global understanding of Airbus Helicopters strategy and supply chain
• Detailed user knowledge in MS Office and SAP
• Business fluent in German and English and knowledge of French and Spanish an advantage
• Willingness to travel regularly within Europe
• Existing work permit for the EU
