Tasks

• Proactive risk management and avoidance of customer dissatisfaction through close cooperation with programme and quality departments, the flight test department (EVR) and contract organisations
• Collecting customer feedback as part of the Customer Satisfaction Improvement Programme (CSIP) and ensuring an efficient ‘lessons-learned’ process for continuous improvement
• Supporting the customer with entries in the Quality Log Book (QLB) and ensuring clear, meaningful requests for better understanding and processing
• Ensure timely and documented processing of QLB entries so that they can be presented to and accepted by customers
• Effectively manage the customer presentation programme, from Station 41 to Technical Aircraft Acceptance (TAC), including the coordination of planning and timing for customer presentations
• Foster a constructive and long-term customer relationship through fair and consistent treatment in all interactions

Qualification

• Degree in Aerospace, Supply Chain Quality or a related technical degree programme
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of manufacturing/production, supplier management, aerospace and quality assurance
• Knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) and problem solving methods, ideally with initial practical experience
• Experience with aircraft engines is an advantage
• Business fluent in English and basic German required, knowledge of French an advantage
• Valid work permit for the EU
