Stock Management Administrator (m/f/x)

For our renowned client Airbus Operations GmbH in Bremen, we are offering you an exciting position as Stock Management Administrator.


The gross annual salary is approximately €60,000.

Tasks

  • Analysis and evaluation of materials to optimise stock levels
  • Updating and managing material classifications for efficient stock management
  • Carrying out accurate stock adjustments to ensure correct inventory data
  • Recording and processing material scrapping in the warehouse management system
  • Ensuring correct booking and management of stock levels during transport
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements through accurate inventory postings and checks
  • Responsibility for booking processes in the area of inventory and materials management
  • Support in the planning and execution of inventories to ensure correct stock levels

Qualification

  • Successfully completed training as an accountant or a commercial apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by many years of professional experience
  • Several years of sound experience in balance sheet accounting
  • Expertise in the area of supply chain logistics is an advantage
  • Very good user knowledge of MS Excel (including detailed functions), sound experience with SAP (modules: MM-IM, MM-PP, MM-SD); expertise with Google Workspace is desirable
  • Business fluent German and advanced English skills
  • Valid work permit for the European Union
