Tasks

  • Efficient planning and control of design processes to optimise budget, deadlines and quality standards
  • Proactively contribute to the validation and approval of design concepts
  • Ensure timely preparation and monitoring of all relevant certification documentation
  • Promoting airworthiness and compliance with safety guidelines through targeted measures
  • Provide accurate technical information for service bulletin creation, supply chain and other internal departments
  • Active participation in meetings to coordinate with various stakeholders
  • Global deployment to support the implementation of service bulletins directly on site

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in aircraft construction, engineering, aerospace or mechanical engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in engineering, aircraft construction and aerospace
  • Initial knowledge of project management and risk management required and experience with Airbus desirable
  • Sound user knowledge in Catia V5 and vpm as well as basic expertise in CCD and Taksy/Gesy/Tesy
  • Business fluent in English and proficient in German
  • Willingness to travel 1-2 times a year for approx. 1-2 weeks each time
  • Existing work permit for the European Union
