Tasks

• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal accounting guidelines when checking, posting and paying vendor invoices
• Checking invoices for quantity and price discrepancies, account assignment and posting in the SAP system
• Efficient processing and accounting of travel expenses
• Support with monthly and annual financial statements and contact for queries during audits and reviews
• Calculation, determination and correct posting of recurring bookings / recurring bookings
• Coordination and communication in a global working environment

Qualification

• Sound knowledge and practical experience through successful commercial training
• Several years of specialised professional experience in the field of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Experienced with ERP systems and MS Office
• Good command of English for confident communication, both verbally and in writing
• Valid work permit for the European Union
