Tasks

  • Professional and independent preparation of accounts for various clients to ensure a transparent financial situation
  • Provide personalised advice and support to clients in order to understand individual requirements and offer tailor-made solutions
  • Efficient and error-free posting of personal accounts in larger accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data
  • Preparation of detailed financial reports and analyses that serve as a basis for clients' decisions and reflect their economic situation
  • Continuous review and control of payment flows to ensure smooth payment transactions and positive liquidity for clients

Qualification

  • Completed training in the commercial sector or several years of practical experience as an accountant
  • Sound knowledge in the use of DATEV Unternehmen online or a strong interest in familiarising yourself with this software for the efficient handling of accounting processes
  • Confident use of MS Office applications, especially Excel, to perform data analyses and create financial reports
  • Experience in using document management systems (DMS) to manage documents and digital files in a structured and efficient manner
  • Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and develop solutions that increase the efficiency of accounting processes
