Tasks

• Technical and administrative support of the aircraft in the flightline / delivery phase

• Internal and external material procurement and delivery as well as monitoring of the ordering process

• Detection of malfunctions and taking of appropriate measures with the involvement of the necessary specialist departments

• Planning and coordination of work by Airbus partners, suppliers and external companies

• Developing, costing, validating and commissioning work plans in the appropriate IT systems

• Preparation and updating of Work Specifications and Standard Operation Instructions (SOI)

• Planning, coordination and execution of reviews with the Subcontractor Focal Point

• Support of aircraft after case operation test and preparation for delivery to the customer

Qualification

• Successfully completed technical vocational training

• ALTERNATIVE: successfully completed studies in engineering, mechanical engineering or technology

• Several years of professional experience in aircraft construction, aerospace and technical support

• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Flightline / Delivery, Production and Project Management

• Airbus experience required

• Aviation experience in maintenance or production required
  

• Knowledge of work preparation and coordination desirable

• In-depth user knowledge of SAP, Google Workspace knowledge advantageous

• Fluent in German and EnglishPresent work permit for the EU

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, Sundays and public holidays as well as on-call duty
