Tasks

• Development of production concepts
• Analysis of cost optimization measures
• Coordination of improvement processes with regard to costs, deadlines and quality
• New and series planning of individual parts and assemblies
• Carrying out work order management for remaining work
• Identification of production problems and troubleshooting measures
• Commissioning of standardized production resources
• Collaboration in design consulting and technical consulting for projects

Qualification

• Successfully completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, production technician or automotive mechanic with further training as a master craftsman
• Alternatively, successfully completed studies (Bachelor) in engineering or a technical degree
• Several years of professional experience in engineering, manufacturing / production and manufacturing engineering
• Confident handling of SAP, experience in SAP is an advantage
• Know-how in Google Workspace is advantageous
• Business fluent in German and proficient in English
• Willingness to work in sometimes cramped spaces
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• Work permit for the EU
