Tasks

  • Development of teaching materials and presentations as well as targeted preparation of training measures
  • Conduct training with a focus on EASA guidelines, Airbus 80-T, drawing reading, aviation law and process changes
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and initiate retraining or improvement measures as needed
  • Supporting the selection and supervision of trainees in the field of aircraft mechanics and production engineering
  • Ensuring continuous controlling of training measures for quality assurance
  • Responsibility for the management and maintenance of the CBT tool for digital training support

Qualification

  • Completed training as an aircraft mechanic in production engineering or comparable IHK metal training with sound experience in aircraft structural engineering
  • Successfully completed master craftsman training, for example as an industrial foreman in metal or aviation technology
  • Many years of experience as a technical trainer or mentor, ideally in the aviation industry
  • Strong didactic and pedagogical skills, proven by a trainer licence or an instructor aptitude test
  • Comprehensive knowledge of aviation legislation and the principles of human factors
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
