Tasks

• Development, presentation and realisation of demand-oriented office space concepts for tenants and users of the HAM base, as well as for other Group subsidiaries in Germany and abroad on request
• Analysing and documenting space offers and requirements for tenants and users of the HAM base, as well as on request for other Group subsidiaries in Germany and abroad, in order to achieve an overall optimum
• Planning and controlling of cross-divisional and Group-wide relocation projects, including schedule and cost management as well as monitoring of all service providers involved
• Development of cross-divisional and group-wide space requirement plans in close cooperation with managers and development of solution concepts
• Analysis and optimisation of cross-divisional and Group-wide office space utilisation on the basis of HAM in compliance with defined space standards, as well as initiating the implementation of necessary measures
• Developing and preparing cross-divisional and Group-wide expansion plans based on business development (OKP) in collaboration with the construction department, including presentation and preparation for implementation
• Management and processing of cross-divisional and group-wide projects as well as taking on special tasks

Qualification

• Completed studies in (interior) architecture, construction, property or facility management
• Professional experience in office organisation and space management as well as knowledge of construction and fire protection technology
• Expertise in office organisation and occupational safety and the basics of business administration
• Very good user knowledge in AutoCad, basics in SAP and CAFM tools
• Willingness to work in Germany and abroad as well as to attend job-related training courses
• Good knowledge of English
• Class B driving licence is required
• Valid work permit for the EU
