Aviation Maintenance Coordinator (m/f/x)

As Aviation Maintenance Coordinator for Operational Maintenance, you will play a central role in the team at our customer Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder. Whether it's fault acceptance, material procurement or the planning of regular maintenance measures - you will ensure that everything runs smoothly.

The gross annual salary amounts to a maximum of € 55,600 depending on experience.

Tasks

  • Coordination of operational, fault-related maintenance, including fault acceptance, prioritisation of urgency, material procurement and organisation of additional personnel
  • Planning and commissioning regular maintenance measures in accordance with deadlines
  • Selecting suppliers and obtaining quotations as part of the commissioning process
  • Instruction and monitoring of external company services
  • Maintaining master data in maintenance systems, including parts lists, system data and updating data for the introduction and removal of systems and buildings

Qualification

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training with many years of professional experience
  • Alternative completed Degree in engineering, mechanical engineering or in the field of manufacturing systems with additional qualification as a technician / business administrator
  • Several years of professional experience in work preparation, manufacturing and production, manufacturing engineering, data management and data visualisation
  • In-depth application knowledge of SAP required, knowledge of Google Workspace an advantage
  • Business fluent German and basic English skills
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
  • Existing work permit for the EU
