Tasks

• First Article Inspection (FAI): Comparison of the assembly instructions with the actual production to ensure all specifications are met
  
• Last Article Inspection (LAI): Checking the product specifications for shape and dimensions to ensure quality and conformity
  
• Ongoing Production Inspection (OPRI): Continuous inspection of production at the customer's premises to ensure complete and correct assembly instructions and material lists
  
• Recording and logging of all deviations to ensure transparency and traceability
  
• Systematic detection of deviations during production and their documentation for quality assurance purposes
  
• If necessary, adapt assembly instructions and material lists in line with production requirements
  
• Important: all existing assembly instructions are written in German, but the FAI, LAI and OPRI reports must be prepared in English

Qualification

• Training as a Technician or Master Craftsman in relevant fields, which guarantees sound knowledge in technical and economic matters
• Alternatively, a degree in engineering or industrial engineering
• Expertise in quality management or manufacturing engineering
• Practical experience in the aviation industry is desirable
• Detailed user knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Business fluent German and advanced English skills are required
• Valid work permit for the EU
