Tasks

  • Ensuring timely payments in accordance with contractual terms and regularly checking cash receipts
  • Reducing financial risks through insolvencies and effective credit risk management
  • Familiarisation with contractual relationships between Airbus Customer Services and external customers
  • Advising on business and payment terms and contractual clauses
  • Managing credit for goods and services and analysing customer payment data
  • Regular assessment and mitigation of credit risks in co-operation
  • Carrying out reminders, escalations and resolving invoice disputes
  • Finding compromises and constructive solutions to payment problems

Qualification

  • Degree in business administration, economics or engineering with relevant professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in finance, accounts payable and customer service, ideally in the aerospace sector
  • Experience in credit and receivables management is an advantage
  • Sound user knowledge in MS Excel, detailed specialised knowledge in SAP FI (Finance), expertise in Google Workspace is desirable
  • Business fluent in English; additional language skills in German, French, Spanish or Arabic are a plus
  • Valid work permit for the EU
