Tasks

  • Responsibility for managing and analyzing quality-related supplier deviation reports and complaints
  • End-to-end management of customer complaints in the spare parts and aftersales area and problem resolution
  • Supporting the identification and resolution of operational issues in line with quality standards
  • Helping to resolve quality issues by providing support for urgent aircraft-on-ground orders
  • Participate in audits to ensure compliance with Satair processes for spare parts and kits
  • Responsibility for managing, training, coaching and motivating quality professionals

Qualification

  • Completed studies in aircraft construction, aerospace engineering or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in the fields of engineering, aircraft construction, quality management and quality assurance
  • Experience in dealing with Airbus systems and in customer service is desirable
  • Confident handling of SAP, initial experience with zamiz, as well as knowledge of Google Workspace and SAP AP1 are an advantage
  • Proficient in German and business fluent in English
  • Valid work permit for the EU
