Compliance Manager in the field of Law (m/f/x)

Then we are looking for you as the new Compliance Manager in the field of Law! In this key role, you will ensure that the company is always up to date with the latest legal requirements. Tasks

  • Provision of monthly amendments to laws and ordinances based on the legal register
  • Checking the relevance of amendments to laws and ordinances
    • Adaptation of the short description of the amendments
    • Consultation with legal experts
  • Provision of the Excel overview in SharePoint, sending the link to legal experts for review and completion and obtaining input from the legal experts
  • Preparation of documents and presentation of the changes to the management team
  • Updating the legal register on the basis of monthly changes or with regard to new laws and regulations to be included
  • Legal classification of issues
  • Collaboration
    • in implementing the requirements of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and
    • in the further development of the listed processes with regard to an interface to laws and regulations currently being coordinated or developed
      laws and regulations and mapping these as a process or instruction

Qualification

  • Completed studies in law or economics or comparable qualifications
  • Several years of professional experience in compliance, law or auditing or similar tasks
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Existing work permit for the European Union
