Tasks

  • Component availability management, e.g. monitoring component availability, material and component procurement, control of component delivery and missing parts management
  • Initiation of measures to eliminate missing parts (internal and external)
  • Control and monitoring of production orders and optimisation of construction site and machine allocation
  • Schedule management and monitoring of production orders and ensuring on-time production
  • Processing quality reports and preparing statements and decision papers
  • Supporting supply chain management
  • Cooperation and input in the SCM area
  • Preparation of reports and statistics as well as project collaboration in various phases

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering or a technical degree programme
  • Alternatively, completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic specialising in production engineering and at least one qualification as a technician or business administrator
  • Several years of professional experience in engineering, manufacturing/production and production planning and control
  • In-depth user knowledge of SAP/R3 and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Valid work permit for the EU
