Tasks

• Coordination of all OSS activities (internal/external) to ensure the timely and high quality implementation of OSS agreements
• Management of multifunctional teams at the sites and in the back office to ensure their ability to act and efficiency
• External customer interface to Airbus MCA & FAL customer SCQM and Local Programmes, including technical support for commercial discussions
• Internal customer interface to support the programmes and represent contractual KPIs to continuously monitor and improve OSS services
• Supplier management and in-situ activities at the various locations to optimise service quality
• Support process improvements and process management in the Onsite Service area to increase efficiency
• Monitoring of non-conformance management for Airbus doors to ensure quality standards
• Further development of the partnership with our customers through proactive communication and collaboration

Qualification

• Completed vocational training in an industrial, commercial or technical field; ideally in aviation
• At least completed further training as a technician or business administrator
• Several years of professional experience in engineering, manufacturing engineering, project management, quality management, supply chain and logistics as well as experience in the aerospace industry and as a technical clerk
• Expertise in onsite management and customer service environment as well as in the production of Airbus aircraft; product experience in the area of airplane doors an advantage
• Detailed user knowledge of MS Office
• Business fluent in German and English; French an advantage
• Willingness to travel and AOG duty as well as a valid work permit for the EU
