Customer Success & Key Account Manager (m/f/x)

Are you an organizational talent with a flair for customer needs and an eye for detail? In this exciting role, you will combine customer service, production coordination and strategic planning and ensure that customer requests are implemented seamlessly and efficiently. If you combine a strong service mentality with planning and analytical skills, you will shape sustainable customer relationships with our client Lufthansa Technik AG as Customer Success & Key Account Manager in Hamburg.

The gross annual salary is approx. 52,500 €.

Tasks

  • Processing of customer orders and inquiries with production (order creation, approval, clarification, completion, post-calculation, transport organization, invoicing)
  • Placing and processing orders with the production units as well as responsibility for the delivery conditions and representation of the respective customer interests
  • Ensuring customer communication, processing complaints and promoting active customer loyalty
  • Planning the production program (expansion, slot and completion) and organizing and supporting sales in the acquisition process
  • Responsibility for budgeting as well as identifying and implementing short and medium-term optimization measures
  • Gathering and analyzing customer information (requirements, customer planning, wishes, satisfaction)

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in a technical or business administration field or equivalent skills and knowledge
  • Many years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity and experience in operational customer service
  • Good knowledge of engine maintenance and engine system interrelationships
  • Confident handling of the IT systems used
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Willingness to work at home and abroad Willingness to undergo job-related further training
  • Existing work permit for the EU
