Tasks

  • Ensure first-class customer service for Airbus customers
  • Act as the main point of contact in the Customer Definition Centre (CDC) for internal Airbus departments and the CDC technical team
  • Plan and execute tailored visit and advisory programmes for each individual customer
  • Guarantee the timely provision of skilled labour and technical equipment for all customer meetings
  • Represent Airbus with all cabin suppliers involved to ensure seamless co-operation

Qualification

  • Degree in project management, industrial engineering, business administration or international management
  • Several years of professional experience in assistance and customer service
  • Basic knowledge of project and process management
  • Experience as a flight attendant and Airbus experience are an advantage
  • Business fluent English required, additional language skills are a plus
  • Existing work permit for the EU
